User Research: Summary

Based on our user research, we have identified that our target audience for the mental health app is primarily young adults aged 18-35 who are looking for convenient and accessible ways to manage their mental health. The key needs of this audience include stress reduction, anxiety management, and depression support.

In terms of current solutions, our research has shown that our target audience is currently using a variety of strategies to manage their mental health, including therapy, medication, and self-help books. We have also found that technology usage is high among our target audience, with many using their smartphones and other devices to access mental health resources and support.

Overall, our target audience has expressed a strong interest in mental health apps, with a desire for features such as guided meditations, mood tracking, and personalized recommendations.

Based on these insights, we plan to design an app that is easy to use, provides a range of mental health resources and tools, and prioritizes user privacy and security. We believe that our app will meet the needs of our target audience and help them to better manage their mental health on a daily basis.
